Venum Challenger 2.0 Boxing Gloves

Protection Rating: 8.1 / 10.0

Training Quality Rating: 8.5 / 10.0

Durability: 8.0 / 10

Quality / Price Rating: 8.8 / 10.0

Pros

  • Thermal regulating features
  • Suitable for all training types
  • Quality padding
  • Lasts around 1 year
  • Has ALL safety features
  • Good quality price ratio

Cons

  • Not real leather

Venum has lots of pairs for people on budget and Venum puts all safety features (except for one pair) to ALL of its gloves and I really appreciate this side of the company. So these are all great however it has cons as well. It does not have real genuine leather and obviously this pair won’t last long as RDX. With that if you consider its features like quality padding, it is absolutely a quality pair especially in this price range and you can get very efficient workout during punching bag training with its triple density foam. Also Venum Challenger has many color selection as well.

TITLE Boxing Pro Style Leather Training Gloves

Protection Rating: 7.8 / 10.0

Training Quality Rating: 8.6 / 10.0

Durability: 8.1 / 10

Quality / Price Rating: 8.0 / 10.0

Pros

  • Quality padding
  • Suitable for all training types
  • Lasts around 1 year
  • Has ALL safety features
  • Get rids of sweat

Cons

  • Doesn’t have thermal regulation features

Normally quality leather makes the pair better as overall however this pair does not have thermal regulating features and this actually shortens the durability so this is why this pair is at the third place. With that it is a secure pair and has good wrist support. And Title uses the same design for its gloves and it always gets good feedback for the training performance. And I also used Title’s World Bag Gloves (different model) and I can say it gave amazing performance during punching bag training. And if you want to do all training types, Title Boxing Pro can be a really great option. And keep in mind that it has genuine leather.

TITLE Classic Pro Style Training Gloves

Protection Rating: 7.8 / 10.0

Training Quality Rating: 8.0 / 10.0

Durability: 7.5 / 10

Quality / Price Rating: 8.3 / 10.0

Pros

  • Quality padding
  • Suitable for all training types
  • Last around 1 year
  • Has ALL safety features
  • Get rids of sweat
  • Cheapest training gloves on the market and has quality

Cons

  • Does not have real leather
  • Does not have thermal regulating features

Thanks to Title’s padding quality and its unique design, this pair has certain training performance quality. Of course you won’t get real leather with this price however this one will give you solid training sessions around 1 year. And if you are looking for a quality and “safe” pair, which you can do ALL training types, with incredible price then Title Classic Pro is just made for you. Keep in mind that it also moves away sweat immediately.

Pairs above are suitable for all training types. Let’s continue with an affordable and quality sparring pair…

Ringside Apex Flash Sparring Gloves

Protection Rating: 8.3 / 10.0

Sparring Training Quality Rating: 8.2 / 10.0

Durability: 7.6 / 10

Quality / Price Rating: 8.6 / 10.0

Pros

  • Quality and LOTS padding (IMF technology)
  • Affordable and quality choice for sparring
  • Lasts around 1 year
  • Has ALL safety features
  • Many color selection

Cons

  • Synthetic leather

There aren’t many companies which produce sparring gloves and Ringside tries to fill this gap. With that I can say that they are successful. First of all their design is perfect for sparring. It has lots of padding at the front of the pair and it has also some padding at the upper-side of the pair which protects the upper side of your hand while you block your partner’s punches. Ringside uses injected padding which is soft and won’t hurt your partner.

It has also good lining which get rids of sweat. You can certainly use this pair for one year and if you will do only sparring with a pair, which has affordable price, then Ringside Apex should be your first choice. This pair has LOTS of color selections as well.

Final Thoughts

These pairs have good reviews for their training performance and durability. Considering the price you actually get more than what you pay. Review of best boxing gloves under 50These are TRULY best boxing gloves under $50. Of course there are only a few quality pairs, which are made from genuine leather, in this price range. And British Company RDX produced a very quality one. You can do ALL training types with it and it has quality padding which disperses the shock and provides solid training performance. You can expect to use this pair around 2 years. I honestly don’t think that you can get any better deal than this and if these are appealing to you, get your own RDX Maya. With that if you look for a sparring pair, which has soft padding and comfortable usage, then Ringide Apex will be great choice for you.
