It is really a good place to practice body and head punches. You can even do uppercuts against resistance. Sure you do have this opportunity during sparring however your opponent also has that, so it won’t be comfortable to practice it there 😉 Other than focus mitt training you simply don’t have this opportunity. Alright this bag gives “natural” rebound rate and I generally don’t exaggerate it. After all it is a bag it should give it. Sometimes the bag stops swinging for a millisecond and then accelerates etc. I think you know what I am talking about. Anyway in short this bag manages to give “smooth” rebound rate.
